For orders over $200, we stand behind our animals for 3 days from date of purchase. If the animal perishes within our guarantee, we will provide a replacement.

All live shipments are taken to the shipper location. This is reduces the amount of stress on the animals. And the animals are only in the shipping containers for a few hours before they arrive at your location.

Live Animals Rate:
If your order is less than 500.00 a flat rate of 49.95 will be added once you have checked out . If your order is over 500.00 please select the Free Shipping link once you have checked out. There are no hidden charges such as heat pack, box charge or handling charges etc.

Dry Goods Rate:
All dry goods are shipped ground at the rate quoted by carrier. This includes packaging and handling. We will email you for approval before shipping.
